    consecutive weekly offs..(depends on project)
    not too bad hikes (compared to other worst companies)
    door transport(residency road)

    Work from home is the best thing here in Unisys

    Cons

    No bonus, no perks, no sweets or anything during festivals....
    It is only the salary that you get from here.
    No much onsite opportunities for women
    no shift allowance for software developers

    Pros

    Its a relaxed job, no Job stress. No dynamic SLA, hence if you have a stratergy, it will continue to yield result. Not much changes around. No new buisness and hence no new challenges. Process is internal and hence no dynamism

    Cons

    Lack of growth, learning or employee friendly HR. Top leadership lacks leadership skills. High nepotism. Doesnt follow skill valuation for promotion but on personal perceptions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide employee growth based training and certification accross board. Remind HR to be HR and not puppets in managements hand.
