I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good salary, but better negotiate before joining.
    Work from home facility.

    Cons

All processes are very lengthy and service teams are not professional.
Does not pay all employees in same level equally.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All employees in same level should be paid equally. It demoralizes employees who get less for the same work and in same designation. There should be normalization process.
