I worked at Warner Music full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Warner Music is a great place for music fans to work. Deeply discounted CDs, vinyl and digital music and free concerts. Salaries are competitive. Lots of time off, especially around the holidays. Affordable benefits.

    Cons

The music industry as a whole is declining and Warner Music is struggling to regain market-share.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider reward programs for employees who give creative ideas, especially those that result in more profit for the company.

    I worked at Warner Music

    Pros

Laid back, given a lot of freedom in terms of not much micromanagement you are given your assignments and must take the power and time to complete them. The headquarters is in an awesome place and the building is really nice.

    Cons

The work can get repetitive. Doing the same thing over and over got boring to me

  9.

WMG, from my experience, have a revolving door for interns. They do not take their intern program seriously.
