Current Employee – been working at Wendy's part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Sometimes a lot of people call in so you get more hours than you were scheduled.
Cons – There is too much favouritism and if you are not liked you will not get many hours. Plus only the daytime staff get benefits.

Current Employee – been working at Wendy's full-time for less than a year
Pros – Pretty decent for picking up entry level skills in cashiering customer service. There's a 50% employee discount once per day on food.
Cons – Every store's management may operate a bit differently than others and the management can make or break your experience at work. It can also be a bit stressful dealing with customers at times, but that should be expected working in customer service

Current Employee – been working at Wendy's part-time for more than a year
Pros – Flexible Schedule
Simple Work
Fun Co-Workers
Employee Discount
Cons – Schedule subject to change without notice
3/4 Mangers do not speak English well
Understaffed
Disorganized
Lack of Training
Advice to Senior Management – Provide better training, as a fourteen and fifteen year old at my first job I found myself unsure and scared to ask for further training as I was often ignored when I requested help. Untrained employees who make mistakes are often yelled at, a painful experience to watch as I see new trainees flounder.
