Pros – High quality of teachers, newer technology, most students motivated to learn.

Cons – Public school district...hands tied by bureaucracy sometimes...not able to always get rid of under-performing teachers. Sometimes it is "who you know" rather than "what you know".

Pros – Wonderful benefits package, time off, and breaks during the school year.

Cons – Very little pay for the hazards of the job, too much negativity, incessant gossiping by teachers and staff. Very little real leadership from the teachers.

Advice to Senior Management – Get a handle on the gossip and back stabbing and reprimand the teachers for allowing it to continue in their classrooms.
