Pros – Great people. Smart people. Collaborative working environment. Innovative, products and far reaching pipe line.
Cons – Unfortunately was acquired by Pfizer
Advice to Senior Management – Should have fought harder to keep company from being acquired.

Pros – There were strong processes in place, great opportunities for professional development and advancement, and a positive work culture.
Cons – Location in the suburbs was not ideal.

Pros – The management is very friendly. They make an effort to make sure that all employees are satisfied. They offer decent starting salary
Cons – There is a commission ceiling. Not enough customer service support. The products are not top of the line. Competitors will pay more.

Pros – Treat people with respect and listened to opionions of employees. This is a great company. It is a shame that Pfizer messed it up.
Cons – Leadership lost sight and sold out.

Pros – Great infrastructure (i.e. document control, IT, QA, training). Open door policy. Great communication. Great people to work with.
Cons – Only con is that Pfizer bought Wyeth.
