    Scheduling, Not enough break time, Only full time postions, you literally have to dedicate all your time working there atleast 45-50 hours a week.

    Xerox can give you multiple layers of experience but this depends on location

    Location, opportunities to be involved in new inovations

    Cons

    CEO is focused on the shareholders only doesn't care about the people doing the work. No salary increases in 4 years or more. Promotions in place without pay increases for additional responsibility.

    Employees are really just a number at this point. Going through organizational changes that are challenging. This is a pro and a con. Also there is a lot of bureaucracy.
