I have been working at Xerox full-time

    Pros

Terrific coworkers who really care about doing a good job.

    Cons

Lack of raises, diminishing benefits and stunted growth opportunities are pushing more and more people to leave this once great company. With outsourcing the name of the game, the company doesn't care...they replace you with someone cheaper from elsewhere. Unfortunately, I don't think the infrastructure and training is sufficient for this globally fractured workforce being created.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If this cheaper elsewhere mentality continues, they really need to invest and pay more attention to processes and infrastructure to support a globally fractured workforce.

I have been working at Xerox full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Flexibility, In general you can work independantly, there are opportunities throughout the company IF your group will release you.

    Cons

Very poor org structure. Workers get burned out because no one cares about you, just whether or not that can outsource what you do to India or South America for less. If you have decent immediate management, it can be tolerable, but if you do anything that has to do with finances or upper management prepare to be frustrated every step of the way.
