    Work culture is fantastic
    WFH policy depends on your manager (by large its quite flexible)
    Gives you the opportunity to pick up and innovate in your free time - Build on leadership skills
    Very very employee friendly

    Cons

    Lot of organizational changes in the past and in the present , impact career growth
    Shifting between teams is a tedious task

    Manager was good but doesnt have any technical knowledge.

    Cons

    Lot of politics I guess.. Directors to L2 and till Merissa , Senior guys who are working for more that 4-5 years are given preference even though they are not at all useful for the company.

    Think beyond the old guys time to change them.
