Former Employee – worked at Yahoo full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Work culture very good, no limitations for work. Can learn anything and do.
Cons – Frequent Layoffs, communication gap between management and employee
Advice to Senior Management – Please pay proper attention to the reason why an employee is leaving, not every time they leave for higher salary. Few things you can stop just by listening to employee and address his concerns. If you dont have time to listen, employee doesnt feel to stay.
