Fun new collections every few weeks. One of the only great stores in Tampa

Cons – I would have liked to see more staff stick around, but that's retail.
The hours are those of retail always a different schedule

-Hard to get breaks at a scheduled time
-Employee discount is basically nonexistent (covers tax percentage)

-I worked at Men's department at Michigan avenue and I loved it!

Cons – -It gets really busy since it is a very touristic area so weekends are crazy
-The discount you get in the store is just 15%

Pros – multi-cultural environment, opportunities to grow fast in the company,

Cons – stressful working place, everybody talks behind their back, promising contracts(after potential programmes),but eventually nothing happens, rotation of the workers and managers very high, rude and lazy managers, poor 15% discount on clothes!!

Advice to Senior Management – appreciate more sales assistants and responsable (they are a huge part of your commission)!!!!!!!!!
