Current Employee – been working at adidas full-time for more than 7 years

Proseveryone is super active , great training for employees...great brand to work with,,the technology employed in products is superb and gives you a high everytime you see a product..

Consits very process driven and gives little chance of creativity,,may be its a german way of working..international mobility is low and is only possible at very senior level..for some reason the most top shots are german like BMW...there needs to be more diversity...at top..

Advice to Senior Managementmake sure that there is resource mobility...

Former Employee – worked at adidas

Prosinternational environment, perfect place to be for sport lovers, great chance to learn and grow up within the company

Consreally a few. I could mention that depending on the country you work for the salary might be not very high but in any case quite proportional to the country salaries level. strong "politics" in some departments: you need a mentor inside the company if you really want to get on career. But which companies are really different in that?

Dubai (United Arab Emirates)

Former Employee – worked at adidas as an intern for less than a year

ProsTeam involvement, positive environment, professional yet relaxed and casual, sums up adidas for me

ConsSome departments could have a possibility of having a certain majority of a nationality and that needs to be liquidized and more culturally diverse teams to be set up.

Advice to Senior ManagementCulturally diverse teams to be set up. Do not post vacancies on the external website unless there is an actual vacancy- dummy vacancies have been seen many times- with no positions to fill or already filled roles.
