Square is seeking a Patent Agent to join our legal team.
As a patent agent, you will be responsible for evaluating the patentability of innovations and for preparing, drafting, and filing Square’s patent applications. You will work closely with our attorneys and with different business teams, perform research and analysis, and provide guidance on a variety of patent and IP-related issues. You will also act as a liaison for interdepartmental initiatives and interact with outside counsel on a regular basis.
