it was a very good process,but lengthy one.I enjoyed the whole process

Best : 1.Industry Competetive pay package. 2. Company car ( based on grade ) 3.full family Insurance cover. Worst : 1. Although bonus is fixed in CTC it is again based on performance during payment .not sure where the rest goes if one does not get the full .so bonus should not be a part of ctc.
