Good pay and insurance policy
As 10-15% of the CTC is a Variable Performance Bonus, it is evident that company believes in Everyday Excellence and expects employee to be consistent and performing good.
They have a range of 5% to 15%(+) for performance bonus. On an average performance, employees may expect 8-12%. They provide personal and family insurance cover of total 5L for 12K a year which is part of your CTC. Monthly 1100 value Sodexo is a benefit that is not shown in your payslips. Leave policy as per Industry Standards. Work From Home with a limit of only 1 per month. Flexible working hours. NO free snacks/Lunch (except on days if you working on weekends or odd hours if work demands) No reimbursements for certifications or something similar
AIR Hyderabad has very bad benefits..especially bonus they say x% of base and include in CTC.but we get say x-y% even if the company fares wéll
Health Insurance and accidental cover included in the pay and worst thing is the limit is very low.Performance bonus is not a bonus.Its always coming into the package.
