We had 40 leaves yearly to each employee who has overcome his 6th months probation cycle. Moreover we had an option to "Carry forward" our 5 PL leaves to the next, if it was not consumed
they have 22 Privileged leaves, 10 optional leaves and 8 casual or sick leaves. Only 5 P. leaves can be carried forward to next year
You dont get leaves easily, as the reason should be very relevant to get the leaves
