Dear Colleague - At Absolute we are extremely punctual when it comes to delivering payouts to our team. If your work requires you to work over and above your standard work schedule then you are entitled for Overtime. Your immediate supervisor will explain you our OT policy and how the payouts are delivered. We also reward our associates for referring new prospective clients that may show interest in our service during the screening process. At this stage we cannot review salaries as the company will be moving to a new 2500 sqft. office in January 2017. However, we certainly will be very inclined to work on the compensation front at an appropriate time. The two hardest tests on the professional road are the patience to wait for the right thing to happen and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter. After all, trees that are slow to grow bear the best fruit.
