Accenture provides good benefits for its employees.
Accenture is great place to work and really had wonderful overall experience. The only issue is work life balance. Company can try to retain the existing talent than recruiting new people with higher payscale.
Overall great package, covers everything essential
Promotion/Hike - Worst Flexible, wfh, leaves - good, value time Salary- not so bad not so goof
Many employees benefits with Accenture
It providers a better learning platform freshers
Best thing is that the processes are pretty straight forward or they provide additional help if needed. Worst thing is that Payroll team takes a long time to respond if there's any issue.
Overall it is a nice experience with Accenture but variable part is very unstructured. You will have no guaranty to get your variable pay 100%, they will show 100 reasons not to give you what they agreed.
holidays,flexible hours,work from home,foods and stuffs,etc
Everything is best but worst is Variable pay payout
