Complex pay structure and improper pay cycle are the worst part of this company. The recruitment process usually takes months, and the recruitment HR are so mean.
Salary package is somehow equivalent to market standards and additional benefits can b drawn as per company performance but you will get it anyways.

The salary at lower levels is very basic but you get good increments early on and later as well if you perform exceptionally. After the first promotion though, it gets very tough to get good increments and rapid promotions. Also the new policy of the company to give a fresher their first promotion after a minimum period of 21 months of service is a bit too long.
