it is very very good
Can be extended as per need which is helpful for new mother
The Best: Paid maternity and paternity leave: Accenture may offer paid maternity and paternity leave to eligible employees. This benefit can be beneficial for new parents who need time off to care for their newborns or to bond with their new family members. Flexible Work Arrangements: Accenture may offer flexible work arrangements, such as remote work or flexible schedules, to new parents returning to work. This can help ease the transition back to work and allow parents to continue to care for their children. The Worst: Limited paid leave: Accenture's maternity and paternity leave policies may not be as generous as some other companies. Employees may need to use other forms of paid time off or take unpaid leave if they need more time off than what is provided. Eligibility criteria: Accenture may have specific eligibility criteria that employees need to meet in order to qualify for maternity and paternity leave. This may leave out some employees who do not meet the requirements.

I haven't taken till now but I know there is a policy
Some potential benefits of Accenture's maternity and paternity leave policies could include: Generous amount of leave for both parents Flexible options for taking leave, such as part-time or phased return to work Supportive resources for transitioning back to work after leave Options for adoption or surrogacy leave
All we need is an HR approval for Maternity/paternity leaves. I'm not very sure about this but the process is quite smooth
