There are 15 vacation leaves per year, they will be carried forward till 45. They can be en-cashed at the time of leaving the company (on basic salary payout)
Annual vacations are given which include casual leaves, vacation leaves and sick leaves
You can plan the vacation holiday well ahead in time.
Easy to get a leave without much fuss. But it can really depend on your manager who is a super power in all policy cases for you.
Leave policy is a little weird as we are expected to apply for a leave 45 days in advance
