I worked for 6 Months full time and it is good. Don't have any cons, anyone can servieve there.

Nothing as such but the canteen food quality is not good ,apart from that they should increase their hiring pay-band.It's a good organization to work with as a Fresher ,you get to know how to handle different type of customers.

salary is great as compare to other companies, no medical insurance.

The work environment seemed good to me, but their management is really poor, they dont know even how to take interviews, one good thing every one was fond of was there cab facility

Really good for freshers who wants to start a career in a BPO industry, however think twice before you join.

Aegis is overall a very good company.The only thing which is not good is their salary and 6 days working shifts.We get an insurance policy here which covers us with our parents and the best thing is people here are very much concerned for woman safety.
