No problem for maternity leave.
Organization is providing maternity and paternity leaves as per government rule.
Maternity is as per government policy for 6 months but it can be extended with vacation balance and unpaid leaves. Only problem is with paternity leaves, which is only 2.
5 days is granted leave
6 months paid maternity and 5 days paid paternity
I didn't take it . but I can see some of the employee are getting this leave. Amdocs is very supportive in that port.
From those who were using Maternity leaves were not happy as that's for very short period and then they give you 0 reward for that complete FY. No concept of paternity leaves
