Employees job satisfaction and ability to take ownership
Work life balance is great
Fair bonus payout to all employees. Good system of employee reward and recognition programme. Transport facility to every employee. Health and car policies for employees.
Excellent leave package. Insurance does not cover dental. Performance bonuses are quite low/ non existent.
Employee oriented and professional environment
Benefit packages are good. WFH and flexible hours helps employees to maintain work life balance. Provides insurance and other medical facilities. Number of holiday in a year and good and can be taken in a go as well
Worst thing is that salaries offered are extremely less
free transportation, health insurance, people friendly, great reach, extremely well connected company
Best thing: It pays well and have a fair incentive program. Worst Thing: there is no bad thing in the benefits package
There's nothing unique, it's like every other reputed company
