they give enough paid leaves in a year however the leaves are suppose to be pre planned and being in a sensitive role we need to be aware of team availability and you even get extra payout based on the tomings that you work
You can definitely take 1 week off easily but if you want to go lets say more 2 weeks then try to take in December and January only.
