free snacks and beverage at the office (pre-pandemic). Monthly birthday celebrations. Volunteer day. 401k through fidelity but currently no match. Health insurance is good and offers reimbursement for part of your out of pocket costs.
The worst thing about the Anaqua benefits package is the low amount of PTO available to new employees (2 weeks). There is also no employer match on the 401k plan.

Good health insurance, no 401k match and minimal vacation days. Good snacks and some flexible schedule opportunities depending on your department.
Good compensation. No 401k match (for now). Premiums are a little higher than average, but still not bad. 10 days of PTO and 2 floating holidays.
Positive: Usually free food once a week or some other social gathering nearby. Negative: Health and Dental are not fully subsidized. No vision (except exam). No 401k match. PTO includes sick days, FSA (no HSA) does not rollover at year end. No paid paternal leave. Maternity\Paternity leave is state min. Stock Option agreement not detailed or signed until 1 year after start.
Good medical and dental plan and health reimbursement plan. Can do a lot better with vacation, sick days, and maternity/paternity benefits and offer 401k match. Also, need to improve global benefits offering.
