Pros: Flexible timing Cons: No such con as far now.
Most benefits offered are a cut from your CTC. eg. If you use Company bus, it gets deducted. Food is not subsidized. Company contribution to PF is from your salary. Leaves cannot be carried forward. Free insurance plans provided have a very stingy and will not be able to bail you out in most emergencies. Eg. Only COVID testing will be covered, but the regular plan will kick in if hospitalized. Any assignments to onshore will have to be supported by signing a very expensive bond.
HR support is very pathetic. Managers are good.
Time off was the best part
Everything is good here. According to your experience and your current package you will get good package.
Picnics, team lunch, cultural activities etc were the best
