There is Gratuity, PF, Mediclaim, Insurance and Performance Bonus. Overall quite a decent benefits package. Matches almost all Big 4s.
It is good company if you want exposure. you get to handle more that expected. Team is good to work with. Only problem is that the work gets monotonous.

They have Fixed plus bonus structure. Bonus is almost between 10 to 25 % of fixed. You won't get it anywhere else.

Pros: Choice of structuring Salary Components by employee. Cons: Low LTA slab. Very low and inadequate coverage corporate insurance with co-pay for medical hospitalization and Life Insurance. Tax saving slabs lower than government slabs. No company cab. Low travel per diem. WFH Data costs to be borne by employee. Only 25 leaves which cover all Privilege, Sick, Casual, Bereavement.
