The ability to work from home
Good pension scheme. Keen to accommodate flexible and remote working options. Bike to work and childcare voucher schemes, plus option to buy or sell leave.
There're no specific perks, but the hours are decent
25 days leave plus 9 public holidays if full time as there is an extra bank holiday given over the Christmas period
Discounts at local stores, like Pret
Not really much. They give you 6 sessions of free therapy. sick pay. flexable hours and London wages which is almost nothing.
the ability to work from home is good
Very comprehencsive package of benifits!
Standard benefits - pension, etc. - with pretty good flexible benefits package - bikes, buy/sell holiday, healthcare, etc.
Not fit for purpose in terms of the market for I.T. - uncompetitive. Incredible inequalities pay and benefit wise in the team. Some people are given anything they want e.g. work from home, flexible working others standard benefits others not so lucky. It is all so so political.
