They have removed all employee benefits like Onsite opportunities, Retention Bonus, etc., They are providing very low hike and incentives for the past 3 years though they had good profit in business. Layoff is frequently occuring. Managers are forced to give "Below Expectations" for 20% of subordinates every year, then the employee who received rating BE are forced to put in to Improvement training and they will be given no hikes & performance bonus and atlast pink slips.
Management is not study and roadmap
In BNY annual components are very pure and clear. What is mentioned on your offer letter you well get exact that amount. Yearly bonus and incentive calculate is very clear. You will get bonus and incentive as per your yearly performance.
BNY pays decent salary however year on year growth is not that great. Annual bonus amount is comparatively good than others.
