Pay package/increments are based on merit. 4 /5. Health Insurance - Fantastic coverage at low premium and high claim success. Additional coverage for dependants can be taken. 5/5. Leave System - 13 previlige leaves a year which can be accumalated, 11 casual leaves a year, 12 sick leaves a year apart from regular govt norms for Maternity and Paternity. Bereavement leave is for 5 days if required. Managers are very understanding and there have been no instances of leave being denied or employee being punished for utilizing their leaves. 5 /5. Company transport is for those who work beyond 8 PM IST. Inadequate parking spaces for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers with long wait times in the queue. 3 out of 5. Travel Perdiems are adequate 4/5.
