If you are looking for a long term engagment then i'd say please do not i repeat do not even think about joining the company. Leadership believes in super micro management with biased policies, working environment becomes way too much toxic in less than 6 months.

Holidays and time off is appropriate in the organisation. Improvement area should be on the health insurance related flexibility. Good facility of transportation for all employee (however it is chargeable basis the salary band)
