‘Paternity leave can be increased.’
‘Average leaves as per industry standard’
‘Paid leaves are not very generous but average’
Employee friendly life and accidental insurance, health insurance for family, work from home, mobile and broadband reimbursements, mobile byod partial reimbursement Parental insurance is on self paid basis but can be made free for employees Overall very employee friendly.
Work life balance is good, employees are been taken care of, cab service, WFH workstation, good work environment.
Best for working environment and professionalism.
Benefits are really very nice.
Good work life balance. Poor increments
Bt doesn't give you benefits at all big name with lower pays
If you are looking for a long term engagment then i'd say please do not i repeat do not even think about joining the company. Leadership believes in super micro management with biased policies, working environment becomes way too much toxic in less than 6 months.
Holidays and time off is appropriate in the organisation. Improvement area should be on the health insurance related flexibility. Good facility of transportation for all employee (however it is chargeable basis the salary band)
Good perks but great politics
Nothing much worst. its a decent company to work for
