24 PTO (15 can be carry forwarded per year upto 60). They will encash based on your CTC when you leave. 12 sick leave, 5 emergency leave 10 days paternity leave 3L health insurance only You + Spouse + Kids (No Parents). 3xCTC life insurance. Health checkup only for employee once in every 2 years. Cab is free and 1800 per month is paid out incase you don't take it. Sodexo per month 1300 is also given which is outside CTC. Bonus was paid last 2 years around 16K as shares were going up. Generally there is no bonus component. Gym is available in campus.
