‘Good Maternity & Paternity leaves’
‘Leaves are decent depending on number of years you worked with firm’
‘Insurance plan meets Industry Standards’
Nice company to work with having good benefits.
it was a great experiance
Good things- Insurance, time offs, PLs, Parental Insurance
Employee Friendly Company with many perks.
1. Best Time Off 2. Insurance plan per market standard 3. Free Transport
There are good benefits but nearly everything comes with a lot of strings attached Transport - Free Cab facility within City limits- If not availed, free parking for a two wheeler(Car parking for Band 6A and above only)- If both cab and parking facilities are not availed, 1800 per month fixed payment as transport allowance- Not paid during covid WFH period. Canteen- 650 rupees sodexo credit every fortnight. Normally to be used at office canteens only. Food at office canteen is not that great both on quality and pricing. Allowed to be used at department stores during covid WFH period. Leaves Privilege - 24 per year- 15 per year can be carried forward (upto 60 days max) which can also be en-cashed for full salary while exit- If your role requires mandatory vacation(5/10 days based on the role) you need to use these. Nothing extra will be provided Sick - 12 per year - Cannot be carried forward - 3 consecutive leaves require Medical certificate(Depends on the individual managers for enforcement. A few don't) Paid Holidays - 10 per year and Compensatory Time off is liberally provided if you work on any public holiday( even for a few hours)- These an be carried forward without limit but not en-cashed. Maternity - 6 Months Paternity - 10 Days Compassionate - On death of immediate family - 10 Days, Grand parents- 5 Days Insurance- Only provided for Employee, Spouse and kids- Parental insurance requires additional contribution from employees and the plans are very expensive wrt market. Not recommended. Promotion Hikes- 6% standard hike on promotion - Which is very bad because year end hikes usually is hit if one gets promoted that year. Year End hikes- Effective every 1st February. % varies wildly based on the team you work in and current pay. 5%-20%. You'll get a proportional hike if you work for at least 3 months during the previous year Bonus and stock options - Only for Band 5 and Above(Usually AVPs and above)
The only bad thing is too much pressure test all are good
Company has in house Gym
Good work culture and great benefits overall. Medium scope for hike.
Company takes good care in terms of health policies and benefits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
