There isn't anything I don't like about the benefits package at Barclays. They are quite competitive in the market. The only issue is that they are quite flat as an organisation leaving little head room for growth

Company has fully covered private medical insurance, it also covers eye tests and opticals. Has a pension scheme as mandated by government of India where a fixed 12% is deducted from salary. Free lunches at the well stocked cafeteria everyday. Free transport, cabs are provided from pick up stops in each area. Maternity and parental leave is provided. Office has free wifi
