As an intern, there are no benefits whatsoever, which is understandable.

Health care is expensive, paid sick days are hardly ever talked about and as part time you hardly get benefits so no paid holidays for most line staff. However there are flexible hours (But this means some people slack and you can be understaffed). BACR does have some gym discounts.

No 401k is the worst, vacation is the best

The medical plans are too expensive for most employees to afford.

Best thing is time off. Though you're often too overworked and understaffed to actually use. Another good thing is they give you a phone. Worse is pay and benefits package. Several employees would owe money to BACR at the end of pay period if they include children OR partner.

BACR offered a limited number of healthcare coverage options and very expensive dental, vision, and general health coverage for families.
