there is very poor health coverage provided by company. Also there is 20% co payment and you have to bear some cost of insurance premium yourself. So I consider this benefit as poor
worst thing about it is the Claiming process
Best - None Worst - Pretty average. insurance is part of CTC. The insurance company they are tied up with is terrible at processing queries.
