They offer good while joining but after that no hike at all. I joined recently on Birlasoft and what happened with me is so unprofessional. Before joining the HR person so exaggerated narrated me about the policy like cab facility for female employee both pick/drop, the work culture, privilege to work on odd shifts, work from home facility etc. etc. but after joining I came across the exact opposite of the narration situation. It was so disappointing for me to relocate to a new place and with such wrong information to survive. Somehow it was affecting my career and dream i pursue and inner peace also. When I took this discrepancy to the higher management level , they were just clueless about it and being am a new joinee they did not address this issue too. and it was left with some false commitment that I know which gonna be never happened. 1. there is no pick up only drop that too on odd shifts if you are working and will get deducted from shift allowance. 2. no such sick leave criteria. 3. Wrong information provided to the new joinee candidate from face of the company i.e.HR 4. Behaves like small group of industry where HR does not behave well. My one suggestion to the HR team, Being face of the company please be clear on the policy while hiring new candidates. And don not spoil anyone's career cause of your silly and unacceptable mistake. this is how it shows the company standard.
There are no benefits package except non-mandatory work hours. Work from home is restricted to just 4 in a month, that too with managers advance approval.
