There are 10 day leaves in a year, provident fund and insurance. No company perks, bonuses and hardly any time off.

Company perks- health insurance, gym benefits, discounts at restaurants and select shopping. Yearly holiday party where they fly you to a particular destination and pay for hotel expenses. Time off per year is not great- around 12 days a year.
