    Sick pay is covered, no issues to date. No difference to other companies I've worked for.

    Compared to other similar companies in the area it's much worse overall though not that bad. There is a reasonable amount of holiday and sick pay but they will judge you if you use them too much. Occupational health is really unhelpful
