So far so good. Great work-life balance.

Best thing is probably health and wellbeing package including dental, GP, surgeries, gym. Worst is the "locked in bonus" for your first year goes almost entirely towards your pension. Bonuses for non-sales staff are pretty low.

pros: very broad specter of services cons: not any
Bloomberg has one of the best benefits package around. Holidays are up to standard with everyone else although they are not that good on flexible time, but to be honest, with their business model in Sales where you have to be in front of clients ALL the time it makes no sense to be working from home. Parental leave is very generous, whether you are mom or dad. Very understanding of any genuine sickness leave and supportive. They have a great snacks and coffee selection too!
The pantry provides free snacks but not lunches
