Low salary for freshers but it may increase based on your skills and work
Below Market standard salary, only few good projects, Directors are not even Engineers, lot of micro management, worst place to work.
There is no worst, but before accepting the offer letter just confirm the basic pay and the package and how much you are about to get
Best is if you working for client then you have number of work from home options. They not consider punch in punch out time much.it like I feel more employee friendly
Company has work from home, decent work life balance, health insurance and other great benefits
Depending on your client manager, project etc. you may avail work from home sometimes. Other than that there is only medical insurance. Retirement is just contribution to employee PF which is deduction from your own package. Nothing other than these.
Company provided basic health care benefits like dental, basic coverage etc. Vacation pay was covered. Not much flexibility in the benefits plan.
Salary is good as long as position is critical.
