I just joined as a trainee so i did not get that much benefits as all the bonuses would be applicable after becoming a permanent employee
There were no benefits given for interns during the internship of two months though the interns made sales. This is the worst thing. Best thing is you can get a leave easily. Communication is easy.

The fixed salary is 90% which makes take home salary better. The variable depends on your and company performance.
Good salary but not as per market standard
The package for Management trainees is highly inflated and includes large portion of chmury costs. The CTC actually decreases after your first year (only for Management Trainees)
