no work from home is worst and flexible working hours is best
The insurance policy provided by cdk for employees could be better. There is no full fledged transport facility available. The canteen and food options at work locations are not up to the mark always. No higher education or career development programs available. The infrastructure provided is very good. The work environment or ambience is well planned and maintained.
The worst thing with benefits is that.. they will have a policy of variable pay.. where they will do the assessment from July to December and they will give it in April salary. Irrespective of when you want to move out of organization there will be a huge loss in variable pay. Work From Home will be there.. but we need to ask manager before applying. If they want they can give. Else they wont. If you say I am not feeling well and will connect from home then they will say take leave how can u really work when u are not well. If you say I have some personal work in between then also they will tell the same thing. But it also depends on manager and they managers. :)
Best: Good Technology stack Good exposer with onshore partners Worst: Frequent team changes Less Java projects
Work from home, Marriage Anniversary celebration
At certain level of seniority there are good perks like Holiday plan, Personal gadget, Anniversary dinner, Birthday gift etc.
This is newly established company so things are slowly sorting out, they are claiming that they are giving competitive benefits but no.
medical insurance is not good, cafeteria is worst
Weekend off/ Fixed off is the best part of the benefits package. The company does not believe in OT. Holidays are given as per the team strength. Usually u get it when you want it. Worst part is that there is no sick leave. They count the sick leave as an Unplanned leave (Of course it's unplanned, Duh!) and this hampers your performance metrics.
Pay is below market standards No transparency in rating and promotion
