Been there a year. Very pleased. They prioritize employee wellbeing. Good benefits, typical for a big company. Only real downside is that I have to find another position on a project when my current project completes, although that doesn't seem to be a problem for the many longtime employees. On the upside, I suppose this cuts out the deadwood.
Best is unlimited sick leave; worst is healthcare cost and how long you have to wait to get an increase in vacation time.

Average Benefit. Not so great
Health insurance benefits are good. The company does a good job of contributing to the employees' HSAs. PTO is not as great. Maximum vacation is 3 weeks, which isn't enough considering the hours you are expected to work to meet client expectations and deadlines.
CGI had a decent amount of benefit options, however the premiums paid by employees varied with little to no explanation of changes.
Unlimited sick time is a plus. Decent vacation hours. Health insurance packages leaves something to be desired.
