‘5 Carry over leaves can be converted to cash’
Good sap program. They match 3%.
Great offers on gross salary scheme.
Been there a year. Very pleased. They prioritize employee wellbeing. Good benefits, typical for a big company. Only real downside is that I have to find another position on a project when my current project completes, although that doesn't seem to be a problem for the many longtime employees. On the upside, I suppose this cuts out the deadwood.
Best is unlimited sick leave; worst is healthcare cost and how long you have to wait to get an increase in vacation time.
Hi guys , I joined cgi on nov -28 and still I didn’t not get any project here , I checked with my manager he is saying that you ll have to give client interviews and clients are on vacation, so what if I did not clear client interview in first attempt or what if they did not schedule any client interview for me in next one or 2 month , any CGI India guys please help me on this .CGI Cgi group inc

Average Benefit. Not so great
Health insurance benefits are good. The company does a good job of contributing to the employees' HSAs. PTO is not as great. Maximum vacation is 3 weeks, which isn't enough considering the hours you are expected to work to meet client expectations and deadlines.
CGI had a decent amount of benefit options, however the premiums paid by employees varied with little to no explanation of changes.
Unlimited sick time is a plus. Decent vacation hours. Health insurance packages leaves something to be desired.
Employer HSA contribution, reduces health costs, 401k 3% match, floating holidays, unlimited sick days, Share Purchase Plan (3% match)
High deductibles on medical insurance despite of $1000 employer HSA contribution
