It is very very less and we are not able to have an upside in our salary
Interns are not provided with performance bonus all those opportunities arise once you join the organisation.
bonus is between 5-20%. Usually around 12%.
It is largely based on business done by your team and normally a decent bonus is given at year end

Its a very good policy, the company gives at least 8% bonus annually.
As a fresher I didn't got any annual bonus
Objective calculation Too much of manager discretion
Performance bonus as well as career advancement is totally based on client feedback. There are ways to temper and standardize this but they are not very efficient.
