-Too much politics in the department -TLs are not listening even if you are correct technically and theroyticLly -Very old technology this company is using -Very poor and cheap food , no canteen facilities -HR staff never listen and can not find employee solutions - Favouritism is on the top in the entire organization - No Ethics, only Politics - Feeling of working in Political Party - Higher management are not in favor of Employee only they look for "Kam Khatam, later Who you are " they don't really care. - No SOP follow of any SDLC - Old staff rigidity nature spoiling entire organization -

No bonuses, insurance is of just 3 L, that too w/o maternity benefits. PF is also not handled properly. Most people in calsoft have 2 UAN numbers.
18 leaves per calendar year, gratuity is included in CTC, less variable pay, they never pay 100% unless you are top rated which is very rare, avg variable pay is below 70%, no lunch or snacks for free, no medical/health insurance, bad HR policies
