Capgemini Benefits

Hi guys, I'm in notice period have already 8lpa offer in hand and about to get 9lpa offer in next week. Now as well all know this recession time is going on in market also I'm not sure that this companies surely they will keep me for long time or not also in today's market will i get max. Package or not In this case my current employer trying to retain me on 8lpa. It's Capgemini and safe , i will not be part of recession i think so as project has contract already with us. Shall i join/look ?

Hello folks., Having 9 yrs of experience in Salesforce platform.currently working in Capgemini with 14lpa. During initial round of interview, Hr of Deloitte stated package to be 29 lpa .so I have taken the interviews but not on the HR final round they are saying we cannot give more than 20 lpa as per consultant role which I was fit in. Pleas suggest whether to choose Deloitte or stay back in?Capgemini Deloitte
