Mediclaim policies for Employee is not upto the mark. there is no choice for vendor selection. premium is also very high comparing to coverage amount. it indirectly effected on CTC portion. Worst increment policy. No matter what rating you got in appraisal increment percentage is decide by BU HR and top level management folks. best part is that salary never get delayed .
Overpriced insurance premiums, no perks, no sick leaves, only 22 leaves per year and weekends are also not off sometimes!
