Benifit- on-site oppertunity, client experience, once you are in on-site, try to find more projects before the current project gets over. You should always be aware of it. Once you are back to India , the capgemini salary will not match with the market standard. Job security is better compared to other service based MNC.
Some projects are not so good ..So every thing depends which project you are going to

What my expectation was about my salary I told HR and Project manager as well, and I received the same. I was happy that Capgemini is taking care of their employee's.
