Company give bravo awards every quarter and yearly awards to appreciate resource performance
Performance bonus at Capgemini depends on the employee performance and the business line they belong to.
Politics are huge, Marathi, Gujarati and North Indian favoritism is very very high. 2015 onwards rating is given only R3 with Rs.300 increase and rest all seniors got R4 (R4 mean terminating employee from the company)

Depends on the project...Capgemini does not give performance bonus
very poor both upper and lower level
it's pathetic. up to rating 3, only 60 to 70%. sometimes, no variable for rating 3
Managers will decide performance bonus and if you have problem with your manager then your performance will not matter to determine your bonus
