Citicorp services India Pvt Ltd is having almost all the Indian holidays. Along with, they have 30 PL, 12 SL. Maternity leave can be availed for 6 month which can be extended to 7 month . Paternity leave can be availed for a month. They have tie-up with Club Mahindra pan India where employee can avail holiday anywhere in India once in a year. Medical insurance is very good. But if you want parental insurance, you have to pay extra premium. Overall benefits are good for employees.
