‘The best you will find in AZ’
‘The City of Phoenix has the best family benefits’
‘Family benefits are very good for the price’
Really good benefits package. There is a good work life balance with a sense that they care about the employees well being. That has been shown in the actions and communication the leaders at the City of Phoenix projected during the COVID pandemic and economic shut-down.
Excellent Healthcare, Dental and Pharmacy Coverage
Benefits are not designed to be attractive to the incoming workforce.
I am part time. I get no benifits.
Medical, dental and vision benefits use great networks at reasonable premiums. Premiums depend on which plan you choose as well as if you are covering self only or family. 11 1/2 paid holidays. You vacation accrual increases the longer you are employed, topping out at 15 hours per month. Everyone accrues 10 hours of sick leave per month no matter length of employment. Many retirement benefits like pension (but it will cost you 11% per paycheck), 401k, IRA, Deferred Comp, and medical savings for retirement.
As a lifeguard you are paid at least $10/hr so it's ideal for high school students.
Letter of recommendation and being very laid back
For part time employee's even in jobs requiring a B.A. there are no benefits and they are not flexible with hours
Excellent Place to work with good benefits
Police pension, 457, 4o1A, and DROP programs are unbeatable
