I have one offer in hand for 26.5 LPA which includes 18 fixed, around 2.5 benefits and the rest of them are RSU. Can Saxo Bank provide me with the counter offer against 26.5 LPA? I have 5 years of exp in cyber security. Saxo Bank Saxo group Deloitte Dell Deloitte USI KPMG

Dilemma - need to buy a term plan (at least 10 cr cover) & a health insurance. 35 yo & getting married soon (isiliye ab yeh sab kar rha hun...jab single tha tab koi stress nhi tha). Now m confused abt all these plans...koi ek aad proper plan bata do which I can take. Average guy like u all..thanks bhailog !!

Hi Folks, Kindly suggest, currently working with axis Bank last 7.5 yrs with 16.61 L with variable (Permenent WFH) + 4 % home loan and I have an offer in ICICI bank , package is 22 L with variable but going to office daily with no other benefits. Pls suggest should I join?
