Out of context . But. I am just frustrated with this work from home due to joint family. I am living with my mom dad . 2 brothers there wives and 2 childrens. I am unmarried . I have the room but it's almost shared . Every one come and sit in my room. My brothers have room but that is private because they are married. Really frustrated. I want to go back to my base location but my parents are old due to which I don't want to go. Please suggest .
Today got rejected by HR in the screening call from Bold Technologies, Noida stating that I have below 60% in 12th. YOE -8 years Dot net full stack developer 8 years in IT life i have been selected in many companies like Infosys, Capgemini, HCl, Policy Bazaar, Globallogic, Bosch etc and have worked in 4 big multinational companies. Never in my experience my 12th% was any kind of issue in my efficiency to perform. Why do some companies still emphasis on 12th% as parameter to judge candidate
