    If you feel sick all you need to do is inform your immediate supervisor that you are not able to come to office today, so that your supervisor will make someone else to come to office on behalf of you so that there will be no absentism because some one else is there to cover that day and once you'll be back from the sick leave it's your wish to cover that leave or adjust the sick leave in attendance. .

    You get half sick leave oer month. I never underatood how someone can become sick for half day. It's really funny there

    only 7 sick leaves are allowed and that too is issued when you notify you supervisior in advance or else it will not be sick leaves
